Consultation Required

All new clients must schedule a consultation prior to enrolling in any training, structured daycare
or boarding services.
The consultation allows us to meet you and your dog, learn about your goals, and assess your
dog’s needs, temperament, and behavior. During this time, we’ll discuss your training priorities
and recommend the best program options to set you and your dog up for long-term success.
This step ensures that every dog is placed in the right program and that our training approach is
aligned with your expectations.

Consultation Options & Pricing

Facility Consultation: $50

During the facility consultation, the client portion lasts 15–30 minutes. Afterward, you
are welcome to leave your dog for the day so we can conduct a full assessment of their
behavior and skills.

At-Home Consultation: $100

(Available within San Francisco and San Mateo counties)

For at-home consultations, $50 will be applied toward any training or daycare package
purchased.

What to Expect During Your Consultation

Facility Consultation

● A 15–30 minute meeting with our head trainer to discuss your goals and review your dog’s needs

● Optional full-day dog assessment, during which we observe:

Socialization with other dogs
Anxiety or stress responses
Neutrality in new environments
Recall and responsiveness
Loose-leash walking
Response to basic commands

● Please note that the length of your dog’s stay the day of the assessment may vary depending on your dog’s individual temperament and how they acclimate to a group setting. This flexible approach allows us to move at a pace that’s best suited to your dog, ensuring their comfort, safety, and a positive experience overall.

At-Home Consultation

● A guided, personalized session in your home to assess behavior in the environment where your dog lives and encounters real-life distractions

● Discussion of goals and tailored recommendations

The consultation is designed to give you clarity, confidence, and a clear plan for your dog’s success. It’s the first step in creating a customized program tailored to your dog’s needs.
